We provide Machine Retrofitting Services to upgrade selected mechanical, electrical, control or automation components of existing equipment rather than replacing the complete machine.
Retrofitting solutions can include PLC replacement or upgrade, HMI upgrade, servo drive replacement, VFD integration, control panel modification, electrical system upgrades, sensor replacement, safety system upgrades, CNC control upgrades, automation integration, obsolete component replacement, machine testing and recommissioning.
Before a retrofit is undertaken, the existing machine is assessed to determine technical compatibility, component condition, control architecture and upgrade requirements.
This assessment helps establish which parts of the existing machine can be retained and which systems require modification or replacement, allowing the upgrade scope to be aligned with the machine's technical condition and intended requirements.
