We provide PLC Upgradation Services for machines and production lines with obsolete, unsupported or inadequate control systems.
Our scope includes existing PLC assessment, PLC hardware replacement, I/O migration, control panel modification, HMI upgrades, communication system upgrades, servo and drive integration, program backup and documentation, I/O testing, machine sequence verification, troubleshooting and commissioning.
PLC upgrades can be planned to retain suitable existing equipment while introducing a modern control platform where technically feasible. By assessing the existing control architecture before implementation, we can coordinate the hardware, I/O, HMI, communication, drives and machine sequence requirements associated with the upgrade.
The objective is to integrate the updated control system with the existing machine or production line and support testing and commissioning after the modification.
